Empower Workplace Corp. is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a nurturing learning environment. We are seeking passionate individuals to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA strategies for clients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Support families and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the goals outlined in each child's Individualized Treatment Plan.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and documentation in accordance with state and local regulations, as well as organizational policies.
    • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in required supervision levels as per IBHS standards.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks for billable service delivery.
  • Enhance professional skills through ongoing training and supervision aligned with annual requirements.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in using technology for electronic health records. Professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively with families and service providers are essential.

Training and Benefits: If you do not currently possess an RBT certification, we will provide the necessary training to obtain it. The RBT position offers flexible daytime hours suitable for both part-time and full-time employment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to transition between standing and sitting during therapy sessions.
  • Capability to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, run, reach in all directions, and crawl to demonstrate therapeutic techniques.
  • Frequent use of technology (computer, tablet, smartphone) for communication with staff and families.
  • Transportation availability for in-home or community visits as required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities.
  • Occasional lifting and positioning of children up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 2 years of ABA experience preferred, along with 2 years of experience working with pediatric autism populations.

Certifications: Current RBT Certification or willingness to pursue Registered Behavior Technician Certification training.

Additional Qualifications: CPR and First Aid certification, along with current clearances.
