Job Summary
A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Empower Workplace Corp. as a Lead Behavior Analyst. This full-time, center-based position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing ABA programming for clients aged 18 months to 6 years in a clinic-based setting. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing BACB supervision to candidates according to board standards
  • Administering assessments to clients entering ABA services within a designated timeframe
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and in collaboration with the family and other treatment team members
  • Engaging with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nutritionists in the development of goals
  • Monthly client progress analysis for review with the treatment team
  • Scheduling and holding treatment team meetings as required
  • Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Functional Analyses
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and County, State, and Federal Regulations
  • Upholding BACB ethical code
  • Completing billing, documentation, trainings, and supervision within specified timeframes
  • Meeting productivity targets for billable service delivery
  • Complying with organizational policies and procedures
  • Completing all required annual trainings and maintaining professional competence and skills via training, continuing education, and supervision
  • Providing Telehealth services
  • Training and providing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Lead Behavior Analysts (LBs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as assigned

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's Degree
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist, Psychologist, or Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Current and valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Current clearances
  • At least 2 years of experience working with clients aged 2-6 years with ASD diagnosis
  • Current credentialing with insurance carriers (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of ABA and interventions relevant to ASD
  • Experience completing Functional Analysis (FA) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
