Laser Optics Expert

Bruker is a leading provider of scientific instruments and high-value analytical and diagnostic solutions. We are seeking an experienced Laser Optics Expert to join our team and lead a cross-functional team in the development and manufacturing of high-performance lasers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of laser optics and its applications in various industries.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance lasers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laser systems with other Bruker products.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality laser products.
• Manage global suppliers to ensure stable and high-quality material standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or related engineering field with a focus on laser optics.
• Proven experience in coherent optics and solid-state lasers.
• Knowledge of standard optic simulation tools like Zemax.
• Experience in managing a heterogeneous team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
