We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a RN Float Pool ICU Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification.
- One year of nursing experience.
