JOB DESCRIPTION
Meineke is actively looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in automotive services. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling vehicles. We welcome technicians of varying experience levels and offer compensation based on your anticipated flat-rate production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Conduct routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
• Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections to identify additional maintenance opportunities
• Complete repairs and maintenance efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Execute pre-delivery services on new vehicles to enhance customer care
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by treating clients with respect and hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS
• In-depth knowledge of automobiles and quick diagnostic skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with a desire to improve
• Capacity to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications
• Proficiency in operating electronic diagnostic tools
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred)
• Minimum one year of experience in a service department
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
