About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Analyst to join our team at AmSpec LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify acquisition opportunities and perform in-depth market and financial analyses.
  • Support deal execution, working closely with the M&A leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Develop financial models and perform valuations, collaborating with regional finance teams.
  • Engage with external partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and legal documents as part of due diligence.
  • Create compelling acquisition business cases for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on negotiations and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with Post-Merger Integration teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity, with hands-on M&A experience.
  • Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, and corporate finance principles.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling and valuation) and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel charting).
  • Spanish or Mandarin speaker is a plus.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position, requiring office work and occasional travel. You should be able to sit for extended periods and handle multiple projects within defined timelines.
