  • Actively prevent hospital-acquired complications and effectively communicate patient status and goals during consultations and handoffs.
  • Follow HIPAA policies and procedures and adhere to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Trinity Health Michigan.
Requirements:
  • Current and active license to practice as LPN in the State of Michigan.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) or obtain during orientation and maintain.
  • One year of specialized nursing education and proof of successful completion of pharmacology course.
