Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Ann Arbor, MI.
As an LPN, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals while providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
- Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device
- Ensure a professional clean work environment, including prepping the treatment room between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
