Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and enforcing physical security standards and policies across our data center spaces. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in physical security principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and enforce physical security standards and policies in our data center spaces
- Manage facility access policies, conduct audits, and administer access requests and revocations
- Collaborate with collocation partners to ensure the highest level of security
- Create and implement training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Lead investigations of security incidents and develop remediation plans
- Provide security training and support to employees and customers
- 5+ years of experience in a physical security field, with a strong background in law enforcement or military experience
- High school diploma or GED, with a degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office tools, including MAC/Windows/Google Workspace
- Prior experience in people management and team leadership is a plus
