Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in guest accommodations and common areas.
- Perform checks on electrical systems, including air conditioning units, lighting, and other electronic devices, ensuring they are functioning correctly and addressing minor issues as needed.
- Assist in the repair and upkeep of various hotel equipment, including kitchen appliances, laundry machines, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
- Oversee pool maintenance, including chemical balancing and filter cleaning.
- Maintain the exterior of the property, which includes landscaping, power washing, and winter weather preparations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles within hotels, hospitals, apartments, or commercial buildings.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competent in using computers or tablets for maintenance management.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, crawling, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 75 lbs.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and boiler operations.
- Experience in painting, drywall, caulking, and carpentry is a plus.
