Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the comprehensive operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring effective management of all staff.
2. Direct the delivery of rehabilitative clinical services, focusing on maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
3. Facilitate a smooth patient admission process and ensure timely conversion of referrals.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party payers for admissions and communicate financial procedures to patients.
5. Manage staffing levels and coordinate daily assignments to meet clinical and operational needs.
6. Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for clinical and administrative staff.
7. Perform chart audits and staff observations to uphold compliance with care standards.
8. Engage in marketing and educational initiatives with healthcare professionals and the community.
9. Identify opportunities for program development and service enhancements.
10. Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- At least five years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform job-related duties.
