Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer requirements and communicate with Tech Sales and Sourcing departments to ensure obligations are met.
  • Enter accurate and timely sales orders and purchase requisitions into our ERP system.
  • Monitor web-based customer support portals for contract terms, quality specifications, on-time delivery, and supplier performance information.
  • Review customer forecasts and blanket order schedules to maintain required inventory levels.

Physical Demands:

The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds, occasional lift or move up to 25 pounds, and rarely lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
