Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Bridge team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project deliverables and completion for complex and high-priority projects. You will provide direction to the Bridge team and ensure quality execution of key projects that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for complex and high-priority bridge projects
  • Provide direction to the Bridge team and ensure quality execution of key projects
  • Supervise and nurture the professional and technical growth of team members
  • Expand our client base and grow our bridge group

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design
  • Involvement with bridge analysis and design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Expertise, Lpile, SPColumn, or MDX)
  • Experience with Iowa DOT or NDOT Bridge projects
  • Familiarity with MicroStation software
