Position: Cardiac Sonographer

Schedule: Day Shift - 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Compensation: $3116 Weekly

Role Overview:

  • Traveling professionals will primarily float to units caring for pediatric patients up to one year old, contingent on their skill set and experience. Assignments may involve shifts across various departments based on staffing requirements. Should the initial unit's needs change, the traveler will be reassigned to ensure contract fulfillment.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in cardiac care is essential.
  • Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma Center or a comparable facility is required.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

  • Registered in echocardiography (RCS or RDCS).
  • BLS certification must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited ultrasound program, or an Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or a related health sciences discipline.
