About the Role:

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. As a Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist, you will work under the direction of supervising physicians in the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab, preparing patients for examination and performing 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examination and perform all 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies.
  • Prepare preliminary interpretations of studies.
  • Prepare and maintain records of patient echo studies.
  • Assist supervising physicians with the training of residents, fellows, faculty, and other physicians.
  • Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
  • Ability to read, interpret, apply, and follow physicians' orders, policies, procedures, or written and verbal instructions.
