Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate programs that align with the objectives of the Center.
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure services are tailored to meet identified community needs.
  • Participate in support service meetings to enhance program delivery.
  • Implement a restorative approach to service provision.
  • Oversee data collection and evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Assistant Director of Prevention Education.
  • Manage requests for educational services focused on prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with agency and funding requirements.
  • Conduct outreach and disseminate information effectively.
  • Facilitate immediate response and support for those in need.
  • Deliver prevention education programs with fidelity, including asset-building initiatives and research-based curricula.
  • Engage in activities that promote asset development and risk reduction.
  • Provide alternative services, including assessments and transitional support.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency, fostering relationships within the community.
  • Stay informed about policies and procedures relevant to the Center.
  • Research and design services with a focus on tracking outcomes and impacts.
  • Maintain thorough records and participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and manage resource files, lesson plans, and training materials.
  • Engage in individual supervision and attend all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
