Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and dispatch authorities for residential and small business alarms
  • Contact responsible parties in case of alarms
  • Document alarm handling procedures
  • Provide alarm reset instructions and troubleshooting
  • Handle inbound alarm calls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

You will receive an hourly pay rate of $17.50, with an additional $1.50 per hour for being a Hybrid employee. ADT offers healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid time off, and 6 paid holidays.
