Job Description

We are seeking a technical lead for high power microwave engineering to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex high power microwave systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct architectural assessments and breakdown of the system into components
  • Leverage subject matter expertise in high power microwave systems to outline integrated solutions that meet performance, usability, reliability, and security needs
  • Develop technical documentation on applications and systems
  • Analyze engineered products to meet customer use-cases and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces to meet system requirements
Requirements:
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in systems engineering, with a track record of successfully architecting, developing, and validating complex high power microwave systems
  • Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance for DoD contracts
Estimated Salary: $120k-$160k per year plus bonus
