Position Overview:

3. Provide support to both vendors and internal teams throughout project tasks, application development, and system integration processes.
4. Deliver daily technical assistance and conduct thorough problem analysis for the system.
5. Ensure optimal system performance and health through regular maintenance and tuning activities.
6. Offer expert recommendations and enhancements to improve system functionality.
7. Execute programming and scripting tasks for system integration and routine job scheduling.
8. Participate in daily project meetings to stay informed about project progress.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in application design and support, with at least 5 years specifically as a System Analyst.
- Proven experience in large-scale web project development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Proficiency in database management skills (RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, MS SQL Server 2016 or later is advantageous).
- Practical experience with at least one of the following programming languages:
   - C#, .NET
   - JavaScript (React/Angular/Others)
   - Java (Spring)
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Scrum is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
