Job Summary

This role will be a key member of our team, leading the development of the Enterprise Data Strategy / Future State (Data & Analytics) architecture in support of our Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including data capability maturity assessment, data & analytics / AI strategy, data operating model & governance, data marketplace enablement, data on cloud strategy, and data architecture strategy.
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data lake and DW on cloud solutions, leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Data Bricks, Hadoop, and Cloudera.
  • Develop and maintain data governance and management policies, procedures, and standards, including data quality, master data management (MDM), metadata, data lineage, data catalog, and data semantics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and direction.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12 years of technical experience, including developing solution architectures for large enterprises, application design and development, middleware and integration technology design, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management, including MDM, metadata, data lineage, data catalog, and data semantics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively lead a team of architects and designers.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop structured critical approaches to solving them.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture, data governance, and information management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Data Bricks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or architectural options in a straightforward way to decision makers.
