This rewarding role involves coordinating case management services for children and families in the metro area, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and perspectives. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate case management services for children and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support
  • Manage a caseload of 15 active clients per month

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with families and children
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
