Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Systems Engineer Specialist to join our team at Contract Professionals, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and reliability engineering with experience in implementing predictive maintenance strategies and managing condition monitoring systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver PdM capabilities and associated software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage condition monitoring systems to track equipment health.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sensors and systems to identify potential equipment failures.
  • Develop and apply predictive models to forecast equipment failure and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to PdM activities.
  • Provide technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PdM tools and software systems and equipment.

Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance Engineering or Reliability Engineering.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB and machine learning techniques).
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
