Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including screenings and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • New Grads and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically
