Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between the pharmacy, healthcare providers, and facilities.
- Resolve prescription-related inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Manage requests for medication refills and patient discharge orders.
- Assist pharmacists in coordinating communications with healthcare professionals.
- Gather and input patient information into our database.
- Utilize judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
- Employ software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for various tasks.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or direct client communication.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry.

- Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred.
