Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between the pharmacy, healthcare providers, and facilities.
  • Resolve prescription-related inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage requests for medication refills and patient discharge orders.
  • Assist pharmacists in coordinating communications with healthcare professionals.
  • Gather and input patient information into our database.
  • Utilize judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Employ software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for various tasks.

  • Excellent oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred.
