We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaner/Porter to join our team at our properties near Bryn Mawr, PA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dumpster areas, grounds, bathrooms, fire towers, and laundry facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning all common areas daily, including vacuuming and dusting
  • Pulling trash daily
  • Replacing light bulbs as necessary
  • Performing light maintenance tasks
  • Conducting bi-monthly inventory of supplies
  • Cleaning vacant apartments
  • Keeping all vacant units and common areas fresh and odorless
  • Performing additional duties as requested by management

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a valid driver's license.
