Strategic Human Resources Partner for Post-Acute Healthcare

At Touchstone Communities, we are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in La Vernia, TX.
About the RoleThis dynamic position involves providing strategic support to our post-acute healthcare operations, focusing on recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and compliance. If you have a well-rounded background in human resources, including experience in skilled nursing or healthcare, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent within the organization.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' salaries and benefits, as well as maintaining up-to-date records.
- HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigating strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
