As a Cook:

  • Prepare high-quality food to On The Border specifications.
  • Communicate cook times and potential issues with managers and team members.
  • Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.

As a Dishwasher:

  • Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
  • Keep the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans.
  • Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures.

As a Prep Cook:

  • Prepare food to OTB specifications.
  • Ensure proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements.
  • Complete assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen.
