Maintenance Associate

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary. This includes sweeping, cleaning floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, windows, and floors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary

Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues

Additional Information
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
