Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of automated electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose, repair, calibrate, and align automated systems.
- Manage the interface of electrical and mechanical software.
- Communicate effectively with clients in critical situations.
- Establish and uphold standards and tools for hardware projects.
- Supervise external suppliers.
- Monitor the performance of automated systems.
- Navigate through various structures to identify and resolve issues.
- Be available for extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Travel to different locations for training, installations, and support.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Additional Duties:
- Educate internal and external clients to enhance system understanding and prevent issues.
- Revise and update system documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, particularly in automation.
- Proficient understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles, including motors, drivers, belts, and bearings.
Note: Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Direct Hire (Non-Agency). This position does not offer sponsorship for external candidates. This role is onsite with availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
