Job Summary

HopeSparks Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) team, you will provide mental health intervention to support children and their families from birth to six years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health services to children and their families in their natural environment, including the home, community, or clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with the referring provider/team to ensure appropriate engagement and/or transition into services.
  • Meet productivity and/or agency client expectations.
  • Complete all necessary case documentation in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence by interacting with clients in an ethical and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree and Associate Licensure in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Experience working with children, youth, and families, with training in evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care.
  • Expertise working in early relational health and/or with preschool-age children is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of child development within a relational context.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
