Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert clinical services, including prescription dispensing, medication management, and patient counseling, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to develop and implement personalized patient care plans that meet the unique needs of our customers.
• Conduct thorough medication reviews, identify potential medication errors, and provide education to patients on proper medication use and management.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest pharmacy practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
