Job Title: Senior Logistics Automation Engineer

HSAGP Energy LLC, a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Group and SK On, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing logistics automation solutions to optimize our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop logistics automation systems, including robotics, material handling systems, and conveyor systems.
  • Integrate logistics automation solutions with existing logistics management systems and other relevant software technologies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and implement cutting-edge logistics automation technologies.
  • Manage and analyze logistics automation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for logistics automation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 10-13 years of relevant experience in EV battery, auto parts, automobile industry, or similar high-volume manufacturing in electric or chemical components.
  • Working level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, simulation tools, and Mitsubishi PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Work Environment:

  • Usual office environment.
  • Production/construction sites.

Core Competencies:

  • Understanding of logistics automation systems and rapid troubleshooting countermeasures.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of automation technologies, including robotics, PLCs, SCADA, and WMS.
  • Ability to organize daily preservation, conduct troubleshooting, and show know-how and expertise to engineers, supervisors, operators, etc.
  • Skills in conducting thorough testing and quality assurance for logistics automation systems.
  • Ability to solve difficult problems related to logistics automation engineering.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all automation activities.
