This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, handling bookings, and processing payments for all Merlin Entertainments North American Attractions and Resort Hotels. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think critically will enable you to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office support functions and equipment, as well as computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. This role offers a competitive salary of $17.00/Hr. and opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be 18 years of age or over (Essential)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Call Center Receptionist environment, answering multiple telephone lines in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Minimum of 6 months of Web/Live Chat experience.
  • Positive interpersonal style with the ability to maintain a balanced demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
