POSITION SUMMARY
The primary objective of this role is to assist our broadcasting team by efficiently managing inventory for upcoming productions. Our team is composed of dedicated individuals who collaborate to exceed expectations and recognize achievements. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our internal partners through the receipt, movement, and distribution of products. This position emphasizes excellent customer service, inventory control, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

WORK SCHEDULE
8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently and accurately fulfill internal product requests from various warehouse locations.
- Organize and store returned products in their designated areas promptly.
- Monitor communication from requesting teams regarding show updates and respond swiftly.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, taking personal responsibility for daily upkeep.
- Execute multiple system transactions, including inventory management software and production tracking spreadsheets.
- Process returns to vendors and manage liquidation pulls.
- Assist the receiving department with incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking new samples and purchase orders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or retail setting preferred (training available for suitable candidates)
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal partners.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company while embracing challenges.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possesses the physical stamina and determination to perform well under pressure.
- Experience in distribution, including order picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory counts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, including audits and damage management, is desired.
- Reliability in adhering to a consistent work schedule as determined by management is essential.
