As a skilled Field Service Technician II, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our valued customers. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical issues will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' equipment.

Your Impact:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Canon-supported products using established procedures.
  • Service and repair designated equipment to meet Canon's high standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of multiple product groups, including basic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate technical support.
  • Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Provide direction to less experienced technicians and assist with escalated technical issues.
About You:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
  • The ability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment, including shift work and on-call rotations.
  • The capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.
