Manufacturing Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Assembly and Test Operators, and monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.
- Ensures the safety of employees.
- Ensures that workers have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties.
- Resolves production issues and escalates those that require management attention.
- Educates employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Develops work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conducts performance reviews and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.
- Utilizes the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
- Experience working with assembly-related operations or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.
