Lead Dentist and Clinical Director

This dental leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations as the Managing Clinical Director. Compensation:

$225,000 - $375,000 per year

About the Role

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. Your primary focus will be on ensuring excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of operational requirements and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain objectives

Qualifications
