About the Opportunity

Greenstaff Physician & Provider Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Specialist to join our team in Ohio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated physician to lead our family medicine practice while also utilizing their sports medicine skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.

The successful candidate will have experience with Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, and performing plain X-rays on site. They will work closely with our Orthopedics department and interact regularly with them.

In addition to providing excellent patient care, this role will involve managing a team of mid-level providers and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing both family medicine and sports medicine skills
  • Lead a team of mid-level providers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with the Orthopedics department to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in family medicine and sports medicine
Requirements
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
  • Experience with sports medicine, including guided ultrasound injections and concussion treatment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current OH State License (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 3-year contract structure, with guaranteed salary and bonus incentives
  • Sign-on bonus negotiable
  • Relocation allowance (if applicable)
  • $5,000 CME credit
