Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Network Engineers with diverse technical expertise
  • Develop innovative network technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements and strategic direction
  • Drive projects and initiatives to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved
  • Implement cost-effective, resilient, and scalable global network solutions
  • Ensure network solutions meet Simplot's Information Security standards and policies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
  • Oversee change management and audit activities
  • Provide timely updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Demonstrated experience in global enterprise networking environments
  • Experience leading a technical team and guiding individual contributors
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging security principles and methods
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDB, capacity, service, and change management
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including wireless security and network authentication services
  • Strong understanding of data/voice network technologies and solutions
  • Strong understanding of firewall, VPN, and IPS/IDS technologies
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud networking and security
  • Excellent communication and business engagement skills
