Core Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various production machinery, adhere to instructions, and execute assigned tasks.
- Maintain safety standards, comply with all regulations, and perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift.
- Proficient in reading measuring tools (to 1/16" accuracy), performing basic math, and possessing mechanical skills for troubleshooting and equipment setup.
- Understand and apply quality inspection standards.
- Ensure proper product identification and labeling.
- Adhere to waste management and efficiency benchmarks.
- Conduct inspections on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any concerns.
- Perform cleaning and organization tasks with minimal supervision to maintain a tidy work environment.
Qualifications for Success:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and complete tasks with urgency and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of management and staff.
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mandatory overtime.
- Successful completion of background checks, drug screenings, and physical assessments is required.
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work any shift and overtime as necessary, including up to 12-hour days and weekends.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting tasks up to 50 lbs while demonstrating proper body mechanics.
- Safety-conscious mindset, with the ability to follow instructions and work safely around operational machinery.
