Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Experience in Transportation Engineering: 3 to 6+ years' experience.
  • Proficiency with Microstation OpenRoads (ORD).
  • Knowledgeable of AASHTO design manuals and guides.
  • Familiarity with VDOT Roadway design standards.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
  • Professional Engineer's License (PE) preferred.
