Key Responsibilities:

  • Outside Sales: Achieve personal and department goals by generating new Bank product sales, with a focus on meeting and closing sales in-person.
  • Product Support: Serve as a product specialist able to structure leases and term loans appropriately, determining and communicating lease and loan structures effectively with clients, vendors, branch associates, and other outside parties.
  • Documentation: Prepare appropriate lease documentation, assist branch associates with credit documentation and information, and prepare proposals, commitment letters, and selling structures.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other associates, building a strong sales network in the territory and establishing rapport.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Business Lending or Leasing, or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Business Lending or Leasing.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and rules for determining tax status of lease transactions.
