About the Role

As a Mental Health Professional/BCBA at Clarvida, LLC, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged from lesser levels of care and require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement individualized behavior support plans, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual behavior support plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients to review progress, set goals, and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with family members and residential staff to educate them on effective strategies for supporting clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, including evaluations, progress notes, and meeting records.
  • Participate in after-hour phone crisis response on a rotating basis, approximately 1 week every 3 months.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of direct treatment experience with clients with mental health diagnoses, under the supervision of a mental health professional.
  • Eligibility as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (Clarvida, LLC can assist with submission).
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with geriatric, SPMI, or long-term care populations.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health patients and clinical or case management in a rehabilitation philosophy.
