Supervisory Role in Behavioral Analysis

At the Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a supervisory role. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for applying the principles and philosophy of behavior analysis to assess the needs of our clients, develop intervention plans, and train and oversee direct staff and care providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices to present services and recommend service presentations.
  • Conduct assessments, including standardized skill assessments and functional behavior assessments.
  • Design behavior reduction and intervention plans, and train staff and care providers to implement plans.
  • Provide ongoing caregiver and staff training, and participate in clinical team meetings.
  • Supervise RBT candidates and/or certificants, and BCBA candidates as required.
  • Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and fulfill clinical supervision requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Education, Special Education, or a related area of study.
  • Coursework, specialization, and/or degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, and 3+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification completed and maintained.
