We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Testing Technician to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Laboratory Testing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing laboratory testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate laboratory testing instrumentation to analyze samples and generate test results
- Perform microbiological testing, chemical titrations, and other laboratory tests as required
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records of test results
- Communicate test results to relevant personnel in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, microbiology)
- Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control or assurance role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
The Laboratory Testing Technician will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, with regular exposure to chemicals, biological agents, and other laboratory hazards. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
