Job Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles.
  • Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Step in to cover various roles within the warehouse as needed, including material supply, cycle counting, shipping, and receiving.
  • Assist in inventory control and management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Shipping or Logistics: 3+ years.
  • SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software: 3+ Year.
