We take pride in our Chicago heritage, operating from two modern facilities that encompass 200,000 square feet in the vibrant River North area. WaterSaver Faucet is located at Erie and Halsted Streets, while Guardian Equipment is situated at North Branch and Division Streets on Goose Island. Both locations offer secure off-street parking and convenient access to major transportation routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components for water faucets and pressure valves utilizing both powered and manual tools, including air screwdrivers, impact wrenches, and power drills.
  • Conduct visual inspections of component parts for quality assurance prior to assembly.
  • Adhere to both written and verbal instructions for work processes.
  • Identify necessary parts for assembly completion.
  • Inform supervisors regarding any shortages of parts.
  • Engage in light assembly of smaller products, subassembly of components, and manage picking and packing tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer usage.
  • Effective communication skills in English are required.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Other physical demands include bending, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting salary of $17 or more, based on experience.
  • Potential for a $1.25 per hour increase for perfect attendance.
