Position Summary:

As a caregiver at Superior Aging Care, you will foster meaningful connections with clients and collaborate with fellow team members. Your role will be pivotal in enriching the lives of seniors by establishing trust and a sense of community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, and personal care.
  • Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and errands.
  • Provide social interaction, companionship, and emotional support to clients.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
  • Deliver personalized care according to the client care plan while maintaining regular updates for the Care Team.

Qualifications:

We are looking for exceptional caregivers who are experienced yet eager to expand their knowledge and skills.

  • Prior experience in caregiving is essential.
  • Home Care Aide Certification is required (assistance with certification process is available).
  • Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Completion of mandatory orientation and training is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proof of a negative TB test is necessary.
  • Physical capability to assist in repositioning and transferring clients when needed.
