Job Summary:

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN Adon / Charge Nurse to oversee the day-to-day healthcare operations of our Assisted Living community. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and service delivery to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Resident Care and Service Delivery: Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
• Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, and provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
• Medication Management: Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
• On-Call Duties: Share on-call duties as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• License: LPN or LVN license.
