Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer. We are seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team at our Brooklyn, NY facility.
- As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating patient care and identifying areas for improvement.
- You will assess and review daily resident care needs, ensuring that residents receive appropriate care.
- Supervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure their duties are completed and of high quality.
- Make rounds of resident rooms to observe and evaluate residents' physical and emotional state.
- Review and implement care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements for the RN Unit Manager position include:
- A valid, current RN license.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws and regulations related to long-term care.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facility.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
